Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
5–7 years of experience in estimation and pricing (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting)
Experience within construction/MEP companies preferred
Knowledge of pricing tools and estimation software preferred
Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems
Review tender documents and BOQs
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
Recommend cost-effective solutions
Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing sheets
Assist in technical and commercial proposals
Maintain knowledge of market prices and industry trends
Collaborate with Tendering, Procurement, and Project Management teams
Ensure proper documentation and reporting
Solve technical and pricing discrepancies

معرفة بأدوات التسعير وبرامج التقدير مفضلة
ثنائي اللغة (إنجليزي وعربي) مفضل
المسؤوليات
إعداد تقديرات دقيقة لتكاليف الأنظمة الميكانيكية
مراجعة مستندات العطاء وكميات الأعمال
التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن
تقديم حلول فعّالة من حيث التكلفة
القيام بحساب الكميات وإعداد جداول التسعير
المساعدة في إعداد المقترحات الفنية والتجارية
متابعة أسعار السوق واتجاهات الصناعة
التعاون مع فرق المناقصات والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع
ضمان التوثيق والتقارير بشكل صحيح
حل أي فروقات فنية وتسعيرية
