The Role:
As our Social Media Manager and Content Creator, you will be the voice of our brand across various social platforms. You'll spearhead our online presence by creating compelling content, managing our social media accounts, guiding photoshoots, and overseeing the creative direction of our website. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and project management skills to elevate our brand and engage our audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across all platforms.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to resonate with our audience and promote brand consistency.
Guide and direct photoshoots, ensuring the visual content aligns with our brand identity and campaign goals.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Compile reports showcasing ROI and performance metrics of social media campaigns.
Manage the creative aspects of our business's website to ensure brand consistency.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
Strong writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Fluency in English.
