التفاصيل:نبحث عن مدير مبيعات ديناميكي وذو خبرة للعمل في قطاعات البناء والتصميم الداخلي والدهانات والديكور ومواد البناء والأرضيات. يركز هذا الدور على توسيع فرص العمل، وبناء علاقات متينة مع العملاء، ودفع نمو المبيعات في سوق تنافسية.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة (البناء، التصميم الداخلي، الدهانات، الديكور، مواد البناء، الأرضيات، إلخ). مهارات تفاوض وإقناع قوية مطلوبة. وجود قاعدة عملاء حالية (مهندسين، مقاولين، مطورين عقاريين، إلخ) أمر لا غنى عنه. يجب أن يتمتع المرشحون بمهارات تواصل ممتازة، وأن يكونوا ذوي دافعية ذاتية، ويسعون لتحقيق الأهداف، وأن يكون لديهم إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
