Key Job Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Inventory Control: Promptly recording and entering the receipt and issuance of vertical rack items. Ensuring accurate stock counts and precise inventory results to maintain operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluating incoming items against AutoCAD drawings. Reporting discrepancies such as damages or non-compliance to superiors and managing returns to fabrication.
- Safety & Management: Ensuring safe product movement to reduce shrinkage and maintaining sound housekeeping. Driving employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures in alignment with organizational policies.
- Data Accuracy: Accountable for the adequate and accurate update of all warehouse data within ERP/SAP systems to support the company's financial stability.
Mandatory Requirements & Technical Skills
- Inventory Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern inventory management principles.
- IT Proficiency: Must be proficient in MS Office and have a working knowledge of ERP/SAP or similar management systems.
- Technical Skill: Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings is essential for this role.
- Professional Attitude: High attention to detail, punctuality, and a commitment to technical standards of safety.

- دقة البيانات: المسؤولية الكاملة عن تحديث البيانات بدقة على أنظمة ERP أو SAP، مما يدعم الاستقرار المالي والتقارير الدورية للشركة.
