Accountant Position in Kuwait – Manufacturing Company!

Details
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile sub-ledgers to general ledger account balances
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Verify and finalize monthly staff payroll, leave, indemnity, overtime, commissions, and benefits
• Review financial statements and manage banking and cash flow
• Prepare company budget and assist with annual audit preparations
• Record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries
• Summarize financial status and prepare balance sheets, profit & loss, and other statements
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and statements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting
• Proficient in financial ERP software
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and professional presentation
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Flexible schedule when necessary

نبحث عن محاسب ذي خبرة لإدارة العمليات المالية والميزانية وإعداد التقارير.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• مطابقة أرصدة الحسابات الفرعية مع أرصدة حسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام
• الاحتفاظ بسجل الأصول الثابتة
• التحقق من كشوف رواتب الموظفين الشهرية، والإجازات، والتعويضات، والعمل الإضافي، والعمولات، والمزايا، وإتمامها.
• مراجعة البيانات المالية وإدارة العمليات المصرفية والتدفقات النقدية
• إعداد ميزانية الشركة والمساعدة في التحضيرات السنوية للتدقيق
• سجل قيود الأصول والخصوم والإيرادات والمصروفات
• لخص الوضع المالي وأعد الميزانيات العمومية وبيانات الأرباح والخسائر وغيرها من البيانات المالية
• إعداد التحليلات والتقارير والبيانات المالية

متطلبات

• درجة الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة
• خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة
• يجيد استخدام برامج تخطيط موارد المؤسسات المالية (ERP).
• مهارات تواصل وتحليل قوية، وعرض تقديمي احترافي
• معرفة متينة بمبادئ وممارسات المحاسبة
• جدول عمل مرن عند الضرورة
