Purchase Manager
Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
- To implement the purchasing program, policies & procedure to meet the organization’s requirements.
- Possess Good knowledge of Inventory management and expertise in usage of inventory management software (Oracle Fusion and Hospitality) & Microsoft office
- Maintain expiry track sheet & communicate with concern department prior expiry.
- Responsible of cost saving measures towards Cost of Goods Sold.
- Supervise GCC Team on purchases functions
- To be responsible for purchasing and stocking all kinds of food materials/printing/non-food items/packaging for all restaurants of the company
- Understanding of tax implications related exports & imports.
- To continuously evaluate products, services and vendors to determine improvement and also to source products that provides the best value
- Support finance team in related suppliers reconciliation queries.
- Identify and develop reliable sources of supply.
- Identify and organize adequate storage for all perpetual inventory items and implement corporate policy, products and initiatives in order to maximize cost effectiveness.
- Process purchase requests from departments.
- Ensure physical stock take is conducted as scheduled.
- Responsible for inventory module, review purchase order and store process
- Establish standard purchasing specifications.
- Establish adequate record keeping and issuance procedures.
- Protect inventories from waste, spoilage and theft.
- Purchase the correct goods and materials at a competitive price and proper quantities/volumes.
- Regular reports on goods purchased and inventory levels so to allow for more effective future purchasing.
- Update and maintain all necessary documents with confidentiality yet keeping an easily accessible style of management
- Travel as per management plans to participate in fairs, exhibitions etc.
- Able to deal with shipping companies and a fair knowledge of Logistics and bank documentations
- Maintain effective and efficient MIS and generate reports desired by the management
- Keep abreast of the marketplace with latest trends, innovation and value
- Any other duties as assigned by direct line manager.
Monthly salary $4,000 - $5,000
Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting, negotiation and able to perform routine purchase transactions.
- Good knowledge of Inventory management and expertise in inventory software & Microsoft office.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare stock reports, statements and projections.
- Skills to maintain all accounting and procurement filing systems/ documentation.
- Knowledge of customs and clearance.

Guest Service Associate (Waiter / Waitress)
Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Ability to describe all menu items and daily specials, prices and methods of preparation
- Take orders and serve guests, noting all special dietary needs and requests
- Communicate with kitchen staff and keep them informed by noting timing of meal progression
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Make accurate guest checks and secure proper payment
- Conclude dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant; inviting guests to return
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and clear and reset tables timely
- Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of all areas and service equipment
- Assisting all teammates on the floor to create a team work environment
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
- Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Perform all assigned duties as assigned by manager
Skills:

- Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English

- فهم الآثار الضريبية المتعلقة بالصادرات والواردات.
- لتقييم المنتجات والخدمات والبائعين بشكل مستمر لتحديد التحسين وكذلك الحصول على المنتجات التي توفر أفضل قيمة
- دعم فريق التمويل في الاستفسارات المتعلقة بتسوية حسابات الموردين.
- تحديد وتطوير مصادر التوريد الموثوقة.
- تحديد وتنظيم التخزين المناسب لجميع عناصر المخزون الدائم وتنفيذ سياسة الشركة والمنتجات والمبادرات من أجل تعظيم فعالية التكلفة.
- معالجة طلبات الشراء من الإدارات.
- تأكد من إجراء الجرد الفعلي للمخزون حسب الجدول الزمني.
- المسؤول عن وحدة المخزون ومراجعة طلب الشراء وعملية التخزين
- وضع مواصفات الشراء القياسية.
- إنشاء إجراءات مناسبة لحفظ السجلات وإصدارها.
- حماية المخزونات من الهدر والتلف والسرقة.
- شراء السلع والمواد الصحيحة بسعر تنافسي وبكميات/أحجام مناسبة.
- إعداد تقارير منتظمة عن البضائع المشتراة ومستويات المخزون للسماح بعمليات شراء مستقبلية أكثر فعالية.
- تحديث وصيانة جميع المستندات اللازمة بسرية مع الحفاظ على أسلوب إدارة يمكن الوصول إليه بسهولة
- السفر حسب خطط الإدارة للمشاركة في المعارض والمؤتمرات وما إلى ذلك.
- القدرة على التعامل مع شركات الشحن والمعرفة الجيدة بالوثائق اللوجستية والبنوك
