Cost Control Engineer
Full Job Description
- Development of cash flows and providing the accounting department with necessary information for invoicing and accounting.
- Administers budget variance tracking for the project.
- Review new project budgets and cost codes against estimates.
- Manage the Project Status Report process for all projects within the regional office.
- Review all monthly Project Status Reports with the Operations Manager prior to issuing to the Corporate Office.
- Analyze department team forecasts.
- Review the status of project change orders.
- Manage the Contract Modification process within CMiC; review final entries prior to posting.
- Review project cash flow reports with each project team.
- Assist with the development and management of the cost control systems to provide project and company management with accurate financial information.
Requirements
- Advanced degree or professional registration preferred.
- Capable of assisting the PMO Manager in time and cost management of projects.
- Professional skill in Primavera P6 is a must.
- Capable of monitoring all project progress, including time and cost, and report to PMO regarding any delays or budget overruns expected and their effects on the project.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control of large/complex projects, including budget preparation and reporting.

Pay: From KD 500.000 per month

- إدارة تتبع انحراف الميزانية للمشروع.
- مراجعة ميزانية المشروع الجديدة ورموز التكاليف مقابل التقديرات.
- إدارة عملية تقرير حالة المشروع لجميع المشاريع داخل المكتب الإقليمي.
- مراجعة جميع تقارير حالة المشروع الشهرية مع مدير العمليات قبل إصدارها إلى المكتب الرئيسي.
- تحليل توقعات فريق القسم.
- مراجعة حالة أوامر تغيير المشروع.
- إدارة عملية تعديل العقد ضمن نظام CMiC؛ مراجعة الإدخالات النهائية قبل النشر.
- مراجعة تقارير التدفق النقدي للمشاريع مع كل فريق مشروع.
- المساعدة في تطوير وإدارة أنظمة مراقبة التكاليف لتوفير معلومات مالية دقيقة لإدارة المشاريع والشركة.
المتطلبات
- درجة متقدمة أو تسجيل مهني مفضل.
- القدرة على مساعدة مدير مكتب إدارة المشاريع في إدارة الوقت والتكلفة للمشاريع.
- مهارات احترافية في برنامج Primavera P6 هي ضرورية.
- القدرة على مراقبة تقدم المشروع بالكامل، بما في ذلك الوقت والتكلفة، والإبلاغ إلى مكتب إدارة المشاريع عن أي تأخير أو تجاوز للميزانية المتوقع وآثاره على المشروع.
- الحد الأدنى من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في مراقبة التكاليف لمشاريع كبيرة / معقدة، بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانية والإبلاغ.
