Key Responsibilities
Organizational:
- Follow all relevant payroll policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is performed in a controlled and consistent manner.
Purchase Orders and Transfers:
- Process all purchase orders in the transactional CORE system.
- Create accurate system transfers for merchandise movement (warehouse to store, intra-stores, inter-country, return to vendor, temporary stock loan).
- Follow-up with suppliers and update the system on back-orders.
- Maintain up-to-date order logs.
- Support brand demands with immediate actions to address merchandise movement requirements.
- Initiate basic re-orders as needed to maintain stock coverage.
Sales Order Processing:
- Register sales orders and ensure all customer shipping requirements are completed.
- Issue relevant documentation and follow up with clients for the shipping of goods.
- Generate invoices after sales order completion.
- Prepare credit notes and other documentation when required.
- Coordinate between warehouse, office, and sales staff for sales order accuracy.
- Perform data entry to produce KPIs and monthly reports.
Pricing Management and Promotions:
- Ensure timely and correct price maintenance (markdowns, promotions).
- Escalate issues in price maintenance (e.g., promotions).
- Ensure timely updates of SKU lists for promotions, marketing events, and discount periods.
- Ensure accurate stock requests during peak periods to maximize sales.
- Coordinate with stores to resolve barcode and sticker discrepancies.
Drop Shipment:
- Raise purchase orders for direct supplier-to-customer shipments.
Inbound Stock Variance:
- Identify reasons for discrepancies in invoice matching (price/quantity) and escalate to RDBS Manager for resolution.
- Raise replacement purchase orders or debit/credit notes in the system as instructed by the RDBS Manager.
Stock Readiness:
- Coordinate with store operations for transaction clean-up/closure in the system as a pre-requisite for store control.

- المتابعة مع الموردين وتحديث النظام بأوامر التأخير.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الطلبات محدثة بشكل دائم.
- دعم احتياجات العلامة التجارية من خلال اتخاذ إجراءات فورية لمعالجة متطلبات حركة البضائع.
- بدء إعادة الطلبات الأساسية عند الحاجة للحفاظ على تغطية المخزون.
معالجة أوامر المبيعات:
- تسجيل أوامر المبيعات وضمان استكمال جميع متطلبات شحن العملاء.
- إصدار الوثائق ذات الصلة والمتابعة مع العملاء لشحن البضائع.
- إنشاء الفواتير بعد اكتمال أوامر المبيعات.
- إعداد ملاحظات الائتمان والمستندات الأخرى عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق بين موظفي المستودع والمكتب والمبيعات لضمان دقة أوامر المبيعات.
- إدخال البيانات المطلوبة لإنتاج مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI) والأرقام الشهرية للتقارير.
إدارة الأسعار والعروض الترويجية:
- ضمان صيانة الأسعار (تخفيضات الأسعار، العروض الترويجية) بشكل صحيح وفي الوقت المحدد في النظام.
- تصعيد المشكلات المتعلقة بصيانة الأسعار (مثل العروض الترويجية).
- التأكد من تحديث قوائم SKU في الوقت المناسب للعروض الترويجية والأحداث التسويقية والفترات المخفضة.
- ضمان تحميل طلبات التجديد في الوقت المناسب أثناء فترات الذروة لضمان أقصى حد من المبيعات.
- التنسيق مع المتاجر لحل التناقضات في الباركود والملصقات.
الشحن المباشر:
- رفع أوامر الشراء للشحنات من المورد مباشرة إلى العميل.
الفروق في المخزون الوارد:
- تحديد أسباب التناقضات في مطابقة الفواتير في النظام (السعر أو الكمية) وتصعيدها إلى مدير RDBS لاتخاذ القرار بشأن الحل إذا لزم الأمر.
- رفع أوامر الشراء البديلة أو ملاحظات الديون / الائتمان في النظام وفقًا لتعليمات مدير RDBS.
جاهزية المخزون:
- التنسيق مع عمليات المتجر لتنظيف / إغلاق المعاملات في النظام كشرط مسبق لفريق مراقبة المتجر.
