Batch Plant Operator
Overview: A Batch Plant Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products that meet customer specifications and industry standards. They monitor and control the mixing process, maintain equipment, and ensure safe and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a laborer in a batch plant or as a Batch Plant Operator.
- Knowledge of Ocmer, Mika, and Alcon batch plants.
- Understanding of concrete production processes and materials.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with experience in computerized batch plant control systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

نظرة عامة: مشغل مصنع الدُفعات مسؤول عن الإشراف على تشغيل مصنع الخرسانة الجاهزة، وضمان إنتاج منتجات خرسانية عالية الجودة تفي بمواصفات العملاء والمعايير الصناعية. يقوم بمراقبة والتحكم في عملية الخلط، وصيانة المعدات، وضمان العمليات الآمنة والفعالة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كعامل في مصنع الخرسانة أو كمشغل مصنع الخرسانة.
- معرفة بمصانع الخرسانة Ocmer وMika وAlcon.
- فهم لعمليات إنتاج الخرسانة والمواد المستخدمة.
- قدرة ميكانيكية والقدرة على تشغيل الآلات الثقيلة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين.
- معرفة بالأنظمة المحوسبة للتحكم في مصنع الخرسانة.
- معرفة بأنظمة وإجراءات السلامة.
