Position: Client Care Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients, escort them into the treatment room, and ensure high-level care throughout their appointment.
- Collect information on patient status using assessment skills such as observation, communication, and physical assessment.
- Evaluate and treat clients within established treatment protocols.
- Provide a friendly and comfortable environment for clients.
- Update and maintain client records in the system with treatment details.
- Efficiently operate equipment used for various treatments.
- Provide clients with pre-and post-treatment care and explain treatment procedures.
- Perform skin analysis and evaluations to create appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer treatments in a timely manner while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
- Advise clients on all aspects of their treatment and address any questions or concerns professionally.
- Discuss additional services and recommendations with clients.
- Manage client interactions gracefully, especially during peak demand times.
- Inform clients about new treatments and available discounts.
- Upsell treatments and products when appropriate.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues using established protocols.
- Provide timely and comprehensive updates throughout the shift.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Understanding of health administrative practices and government regulations.
- Proficient in gathering and interpreting data.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, clients, and external agencies.
- Initiative and independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to prepare reports or correspondence as required.
- Skilled in assisting with dermatology treatments.
- BLS certification, mandatory training, infection control training, and health and safety training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to respond to formal emails and manage bookings.

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Clarity of speech and good hygiene standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Current nursing license from the relevant local health authority.
- Certifications in body sculpting or LPG.

- إدارة التفاعلات مع العملاء برشاقة، خاصة خلال أوقات الذروة.
- إبلاغ العملاء بالعلاجات الجديدة والخصومات المتاحة.
- زيادة المبيعات للعلاجات والمنتجات عند الاقتضاء.
- تحديد القضايا الخاصة بالعملاء وحلها بشكل استباقي باستخدام البروتوكولات المعتمدة.
- تقديم تحديثات شاملة في الوقت المناسب طوال فترة العمل.

- القدرة على تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة مع أعضاء الفريق والعملاء والوكالات الخارجية.
- المبادرة والحكم المستقل في اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على إعداد التقارير أو المراسلات حسب الحاجة.
- مهارة في المساعدة في العلاجات الجلدية.
- شهادة BLS، تدريب إلزامي، تدريب على مكافحة العدوى، وتدريب على الصحة والسلامة.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Word وExcel؛ القدرة على الرد على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني الرسمية وإدارة الحجوزات.
