Public Sector SaaS Account Executive - Kuwait
- Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
- Execute Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, focusing on the delivery of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Renewals.
- Close business deals, delivering quotas against targets.
- Ensure proper pipeline coverage; maximize returns from demand generation campaigns, and focus on proper progression, conversion, and participation rates.
- Establish strong customer relationships to position Oracle’s full SaaS strategic pillars around customers' digital transformations.
- Identify new business opportunities and partner with existing customers for upselling and renewable business.
- Update sales forecasts, record activities, and build opportunity close plans.
- Develop long-term sustainable relationships with customers and partners.
- Prepare for and attend business review and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers alongside Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Act as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and existing customers and partners.
- Ensure proper onboarding and implementation partners for new projects, with follow-ups to maximize customer outcomes and pave the way for future expansion.
- Drive account and territory planning and collaborate with Specialist Account Executives.
- Participate in large deal executions, leveraging product expertise from Specialist Account Executives and other key sales support functions.
- Maintain pipeline health and engage in related activities to grow in specific areas.
- Collaborate with supporting functions and the ecosystem, especially Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and CSMs.
- Engage in cross-line-of-business (X-LOB) collaboration to drive customer success.
