Position: Maintenance Technician
The role involves more than just basic maintenance tasks—it’s about delivering exceptional hospitality beyond expectations and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest standards.
- Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort by responding to guest inquiries promptly and positively.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion.
- Assist in achieving departmental goals and objectives, contributing to hotel initiatives and targets.
- Collaborate with supervisors to manage costs, control inventory, and achieve productivity goals.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company values and culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice activities, completing follow-up actions as needed for internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
- Hands-on approach with a positive, can-do work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties.
- Strong personal integrity and dedication to excellence.
- Familiarity with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
