Site Engineer (Field Engineer III)

Specific Accountabilities
- Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
- Develop and maintain familiarity and appreciation of the capability and ongoing workload of Construction’s support providers/contractors.
- Develop and maintain functional responsibility for all construction and completions in PMC.
- Quality Assurance: Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc.
- Safety: Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Experience with the development of layouts for new facilities.
- Experienced in the specification, evaluation, and documentation of equipment.
- Work is performed in accordance with broad technical guidelines and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize work to achieve them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation).
- Post-graduation experience in major oil and gas projects.
- Relevant years of experience in the same designation.
- Must have experience working in large-sized construction projects and shall be responsible for all site-related activities in the respective discipline, including HSE requirements in Oil & Gas facilities environment.
- Locally available in Kuwait candidates are preferred.

المسؤوليات المحددة
- تعزيز ودفع مشاركة البناء في مجالات التصميم الفني، والجدول الزمني، وتخطيط التنفيذ الأولي، وتقدير التكاليف.
- تطوير والحفاظ على المعرفة والتقدير للقدرات والأعباء الجارية لمقدمي الدعم/المتعهدين في مجال البناء.
- تطوير والحفاظ على المسؤولية الوظيفية لجميع عمليات البناء والانتهاء في PMC.
- ضمان الجودة: مسؤول عن العمل ضمن أحكام وإرشادات نظام ضمان الجودة ذات الصلة بالوحدة التجارية، إلخ.
- السلامة: مسؤول عن السلامة الشخصية وممارسات العمل الآمن للBU، إلخ. فهم واتباع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
المهارات والخبرة الأساسية
- خبرة في تطوير التصاميم للمرافق الجديدة.
- خبرة في المواصفات، والتقييم، وتوثيق المعدات.
- يتم العمل وفقًا لإرشادات فنية واسعة وبأقل إشراف.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة وتحديد أولويات العمل لتحقيقها.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، مدنية، كهربائية، أنابيب، أدوات).
- خبرة ما بعد التخرج في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى.
- سنوات ذات صلة من الخبرة في نفس التسمية.
- يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في العمل في مشاريع بناء كبيرة الحجم وأن يكون مسؤولاً عن جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالموقع في التخصص المعني، بما في ذلك متطلبات الصحة والسلامة البيئية في بيئة مرافق النفط والغاز.
