Job Opening: Road Tester / Quality Controller

We are looking for an experienced Road Tester / Quality Controller to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience in vehicle testing and quality assurance, this is the opportunity to work with a dynamic team committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring vehicle reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform safety and maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they meet company and principal quality standards.
- Review job cards to understand customer complaints, vehicle issues, and completed maintenance services/repairs.
- Conduct road tests to ensure the reliability and safety of vehicles after repairs and maintenance.
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions post-repair, if any.
- Report identified issues to the Manager for timely resolution by the technical team.
Requirements:
- Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
- Previous experience in vehicle testing or quality control is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

المسئوليات:
- إجراء فحوصات السلامة والصيانة على المركبات لضمان مطابقتها للمعايير المحددة من قبل الشركة والموردين.
- مراجعة بطاقات العمل لفهم شكاوى العملاء ومشاكل المركبات والخدمات/الإصلاحات التي تم تنفيذها من قبل الفريق الفني.
- إجراء اختبارات طريق لضمان موثوقية وسلامة المركبات بعد الإصلاحات والصيانة.
- فحص وتشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية بعد الإصلاح، إذا كانت موجودة.
- الإبلاغ عن المشاكل المحددة إلى المدير ليتم معالجتها من قبل الفريق الفني ضمن الجدول الزمني المحدد ووفقًا لمعايير الجودة.
المتطلبات:
- رخصة قيادة سارية في الكويت إلزامية.
- خبرة سابقة في اختبار المركبات أو مراقبة الجودة مفضلة.
- قدرة عالية على التركيز وحل المشكلات.
