- 1. Project & Construction Accounting (Contracting Division)
- Job Costing: Allocate material, labor, and equipment expenses to their respective project codes to ensure accurate job profitability tracking.
- Progress Billings: Prepare and submit progressive client invoices based on project milestones, percentage-of-completion calculations, and variations.
- Subcontractor Management: Review subcontractor contracts, verify completion certificates, track retention payables, and process payments.
- Budget Variance Analysis: Monitor actual project expenditures against initial bid estimates, flagging cost overruns to Project Managers.
- Vendor & Customer Ledgers: Maintain precise accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) records for local and international trade partners.
- 3. General Ledger & Financial Reporting
- Financial Statements: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.
