We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant's equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance on kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with restaurant equipment.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable environment for customers and staff.
- Conduct plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining restroom facilities.
- Inspect and maintain lighting, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repairs to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to avoid equipment breakdowns.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Kuwait with transferable residency (Ahli 18).
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
- Experience in maintenance and repairs in a similar environment is preferred.

نحن بصدد البحث عن فني صيانة موثوق وعملي لضمان تشغيل معدات ومرافق مطعمنا بسلاسة وأمان. سيكون الفني المسؤول عن الصيانة، والإصلاحات، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لمعدات المطبخ، وأنظمة HVAC، والسباكة، وغيرها من معدات المطعم.
المسئوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء الصيانة الدورية لمعدات المطبخ مثل الأفران، والمواقد، والقلايات، والثلاجات، وغسالات الصحون، وغيرها.
- استكشاف وإصلاح المشاكل الميكانيكية والكهربائية في معدات المطعم.
- مراقبة وصيانة أنظمة HVAC لضمان بيئة مريحة للعملاء والموظفين.
- إجراء إصلاحات السباكة، بما في ذلك إصلاح التسريبات، وتنظيف المجاري، وصيانة المرافق الصحية.
- فحص وصيانة الإضاءة، والأنظمة الكهربائية، والبنية التحتية الأخرى للمبنى.
- الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات الصيانة والإصلاحات العاجلة لتقليل التوقف.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية لتجنب الأعطال.
المتطلبات:
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم في الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل (أهلي 18).
- رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية.
- يفضل الخبرة في الصيانة والإصلاح في بيئة مشابهة.
