SLB is looking for talented individuals to join our team and take on the role of WS Field Engineer - WIS. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to contribute to safe and efficient service delivery and develop their careers in the field of oil and gas.

Position: WS Field Engineer - WIS

Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Execute service delivery to customers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.

• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and develop action plans for improving performance.

• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives, ensuring safety policies are followed.

• Wear appropriate PPE and observe HSE policies at all times.

• Maintain required safety training and certifications.

• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Coil Tubing Field Engineer or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of service delivery in the oil and gas industry.

• Experience in job risk analysis and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with customers and team members.

• Ability to lead meetings and develop action plans for service improvement.

• Knowledge of HSE and Quality policies and procedures.

• قيادة اجتماعات جودة الخدمة مع العملاء وتطوير خطط عمل لتحسين الأداء.

• المشاركة في المبادرات المتعلقة بالسلامة والجودة، وضمان اتباع سياسات السلامة.

• ارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية واتباع سياسات السلامة.

• الحفاظ على التدريب المطلوب للسلامة.

• توفير الدعم لرؤساء فرق التسليم ومديري خدمات العمليات في غيابهم.

الشروط:

• خبرة من 1-5 سنوات كمهندس ميداني في مجال الكويل تيوبينغ أو في دور مشابه.

• فهم قوي لتقديم الخدمات في صناعة النفط والغاز.

• خبرة في تحليل مخاطر الوظائف والامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية.

• مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل عن كثب مع العملاء وأعضاء الفريق.

• القدرة على قيادة الاجتماعات وتطوير خطط العمل لتحسين الخدمة.

• معرفة بسياسات السلامة والجودة وإجراءاتها.
