Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients. In this role, you will perform patient evaluations, develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, deliver treatment services, and manage comprehensive discharge planning.

 Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time, Progressive Care Unit, Frazier Rehab Institute

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (Hospital-Based) delivers nursing care to patients of varying age groups, using the nursing process and practice standards. This role involves coordinating patient care, communicating with the care team, and ensuring the safe and optimal care of patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments from admission to discharge.

• Administer medications and assess their effects.

• Collaborate with patients and families to plan care.

• Implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.

• Provide education and evaluate patient and family understanding.

• Serve as a patient advocate, respecting rights, responsibilities, and preferences.

• Supervise unlicensed assistive healthcare providers.

Key Competencies:

• Accountability for patient outcomes and professional conduct.

• Participation in continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

• Evidence-based practice involvement, such as journal clubs.

• Collaborative team communication and conflict resolution.

• Cost-effective use of resources while maintaining care quality.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Ability to provide nursing care for complex patients.

• Knowledge of patient safety, quality care, and clinical judgment.
