Requirements
A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred
1–2 years of experience in hotel events or a similar role
Strong administrative and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in both Arabic and English (required)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Solid knowledge of sales techniques and event coordination
Effective problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
Support the efficient operation of the Events Department in alignment with Hyatt’s brand standards and corporate strategies
Act as a sales expert in events, responsible for building and managing client relationships
Oversee and coordinate event planning, from inquiry to execution
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering smooth and well-executed events
Assist with account management to drive business growth through exceptional service
