Position: Reservation Agent

Details

As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to make reservations at Symphony Style Hotel. You will ensure that guest inquiries are handled efficiently, reservations are accurately made, and that each guest’s experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and provide information on room availability, rates, and hotel services

• Confirm and modify reservations as necessary

• Process guest bookings and cancellations in the reservation system

• Ensure accurate guest information and ensure requests are fulfilled promptly

• Work closely with front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Provide assistance and information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

• Previous experience in hospitality or the hotel industry preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required
