Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Specialist
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Specialist based in Kuwait. The specialist will be responsible for both technical and functional aspects of Oracle HRMS modules.
- Daily tasks include configuring and customizing Oracle HRMS modules, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, providing end-user support, developing reports and analytics, and collaborating with other IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of HR systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle HRMS modules, including configuration and customization
- Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management
- Functional understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in developing reports and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is a plus
