Ramp Dispatcher
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage all ramp operations during the shift, ensuring safe and efficient handling of arriving and departing aircraft.
- Prepare and publish shift-wise allocations of Loading Supervisors, equipment operators, and ramp staff in line with the flight schedule.
- Monitor flight movements in real time and reassign or rotate resources dynamically to accommodate delays, IROPs, or late arrivals.
- Ensure all assigned Loading Supervisors are positioned at their aircraft prior to arrival and perform their duties as per operational standards.
- Supervise Loading Supervisors to ensure compliance with all safety, loading, and communication procedures during turnaround.
- Monitor and control GSE allocation and movement throughout the shift to ensure effective utilization and timely delivery to flights.
- Act as the logistics controller for ramp operations, ensuring proper distribution of manpower and equipment to meet operational demands.
- Ensure all required operational documents such as LDM, LIR, and load-related forms are prepared and delivered to flights by the assigned Loading Supervisor.
Aircraft Cabin Cleaning Supervisor
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate cabin cleaning operations for all aircraft on shift.
- Ensure cabin cleanliness and service quality meet airline standards.
- Monitor and manage consumables and cabin stocks to prevent wastage.
- Conduct routine inspections of cabins to maintain high-quality cleaning standards.
- Perform shift-wise inventory checks and report to Ramp Handling Duty Manager.
- Maintain records and submit cleaning statistics and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Ramp and Turnaround teams to ensure timely completion of cleaning for on-time departures.
Weight & Balance Dispatcher
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate all turnaround and load control activities for the shift, ensuring smooth and on-time operations for all Jazeera Airways flights.
- Prepare and publish shift allocations assigning Turnaround Coordinators and Load Controllers for all flights based on aircraft movement and manpower availability.
- Ensure each flight is assigned a Turnaround Coordinator from arrival to departure and that boarding bridges are connected promptly for arriving flights.
- Act as the shift logistics controller, leading and supporting both Turnaround Coordination and Load Control functions throughout the shift.
- Monitor real-time turnaround progress, identify potential delays, and take proactive measures to maintain on-time performance (OTP).
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all load control–related documents (Load Sheets, LIRs, NOTOCs, and other turnaround records).
- Oversee the integrity and operational readiness of load control systems and tools; escalate system issues to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with OCC, Ramp, Passenger Services, Engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve operational constraints during the shift.
- Prepare shift-wise delay reports, record operational irregularities, and perform initial investigations into any delay or deviation.
- Maintain compliance with Jazeera Airways SOPs, IATA AHM/IGOM standards, and Kuwait DGCA regulations across all load and turnaround operations.
Specialist - Marketing (Emerging Markets)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, customer lifecycle management (CLM), or loyalty marketing.
- Proven track record in CRM tools (Adobe Campaign, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, etc.).
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Specialist - ASO/SEO/AEO
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, ASO, and AEO, preferably in the airline, travel, or e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google’s search algorithms, App Store ranking factors, and voice search optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, App Store Connect, ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or similar).
- Experience with structured data, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO best practices.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and marketing teams.

- راقب تحركات الرحلات في الوقت الفعلي وأعد تعيين الموارد أو تدويرها ديناميكيًا لاستيعاب التأخيرات أو عمليات التشغيل الفردية أو الوصول المتأخر.
- تأكد من تواجد جميع المشرفين على التحميل المعينين في طائراتهم قبل الوصول وأداء واجباتهم وفقًا للمعايير التشغيلية.
- الإشراف على مشرفي التحميل لضمان الامتثال لجميع إجراءات السلامة والتحميل والاتصال أثناء عملية التحول.
- مراقبة والتحكم في تخصيص وتحريك معدات الدعم الجوي طوال فترة العمل لضمان الاستخدام الفعال والتسليم في الوقت المناسب للرحلات الجوية.
- العمل كمتحكم لوجستي لعمليات المنحدر، وضمان التوزيع المناسب للقوى العاملة والمعدات لتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية.
- تأكد من إعداد جميع المستندات التشغيلية المطلوبة مثل LDM وLIR والنماذج المتعلقة بالحمولة وتسليمها إلى الرحلات الجوية من قبل مشرف التحميل المعين.
مشرف تنظيف كابينة الطائرة
المسؤوليات والواجبات:
- الإشراف على عمليات تنظيف المقصورة وتنسيقها لجميع الطائرات أثناء المناوبة.
- تأكد من نظافة المقصورة وجودة الخدمة بما يتوافق مع معايير شركة الطيران.
- مراقبة وإدارة المواد الاستهلاكية ومخزون المقصورة لمنع الهدر.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش روتينية للكابينة للحفاظ على معايير التنظيف عالية الجودة.
- قم بإجراء عمليات فحص المخزون حسب الوردية وإبلاغها إلى مدير واجب التعامل مع المنحدر.

- تأكد من تعيين منسق عودة لكل رحلة من الوصول إلى المغادرة وتأكد من توصيل جسور الصعود على الفور للرحلات القادمة.
- العمل كمتحكم في لوجستيات المناوبة، وقيادة ودعم كل من وظائف تنسيق التحول والتحكم في الحمل طوال المناوبة.
- راقب تقدم عملية التنفيذ في الوقت الفعلي، وحدد التأخيرات المحتملة، واتخذ تدابير استباقية للحفاظ على الأداء في الوقت المحدد (OTP).
- ضمان دقة وتقديم جميع المستندات المتعلقة بالتحكم في التحميل في الوقت المناسب (جداول التحميل، وتقارير LIR، وNOTOCs، وسجلات التحول الأخرى).
- الإشراف على سلامة وجاهزية أنظمة وأدوات التحكم في التحميل؛ تصعيد مشكلات النظام إلى الإدارات ذات الصلة.
- التنسيق مع OCC، والمنحدر، وخدمات الركاب، والهندسة، وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لحل القيود التشغيلية أثناء فترة التحول.
- إعداد تقارير التأخير حسب كل وردية، وتسجيل المخالفات التشغيلية، وإجراء التحقيقات الأولية في أي تأخير أو انحراف.
