Join a leading equipment company and take your technical skills to the next level by working on diesel generators, tractors, and mechanical systems in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel generators, tractors, and other mechanical/electrical systems.
Supervise and coordinate tasks for junior technicians.
Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.
Document maintenance activities and report issues to management.
Requirements
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven technical knowledge of diesel engines, generators, and mechanical/electrical systems.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
Benefits

المسؤوليات
القيام بصيانة وإصلاح مولدات الديزل والجرارات والأنظمة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية الأخرى.
الإشراف وتنسيق المهام للفنيين المبتدئين.
التأكد من عمل جميع المعدات بكفاءة وأمان.
توثيق أنشطة الصيانة والإبلاغ عن المشكلات للإدارة.
المتطلبات
دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة السيارات (يفضل درجة البكالوريوس).
خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في صيانة المعدات، مع خبرة إشرافية لا تقل عن سنتين.
معرفة تقنية مثبتة بمحركات الديزل والمولدات والأنظمة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية.
مهارات تواصل وقيادة وتنظيم قوية.
رخصة قيادة كويتية صالحة يفضل.
