Job Responsibilities
Handle full visa/passport application procedures.
Answer applicant inquiries and provide guidance.
Maintain polite and helpful communication at all times.
Data entry with zero errors.
Maintain updated product knowledge.
Guide applicants through each step.
Handle cash and reporting accurately.
Work across different locations and shifts.
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to work flexible hours and locations.
Team player.
Arabic language is an advantage.
Typing speed: minimum 35 WPM.
Local hiring only (Transferable Visa).

المسؤوليات
إدارة إجراءات طلبات التأشيرة والجواز بالكامل.
الرد على استفسارات المتقدمين وتقديم الإرشادات.
التواصل بشكل مهذب ومهني.
إدخال البيانات دون أخطاء.
تحديث المعرفة بالأنظمة والإجراءات.
إرشاد المتقدمين خلال خطوات العملية.
التعامل مع النقد وإعداد التقارير.
قابلية العمل بمواقع مختلفة وبنظام الشفتات.
المتطلبات
مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
حاصل على شهادة بكالوريوس.
خبرة سنة على الأقل في خدمة العملاء.
المرونة في ساعات العمل والمواقع.
العمل بروح الفريق.
إجادة العربية ميزة إضافية.
سرعة طباعة لا تقل عن 35 كلمة بالدقيقة.
التوظيف محلي فقط (إقامة قابلة للتحويل).
