Requirements
Proven experience in Fishing & Remedial Workshop operations in the Oil & Gas industry
Technical knowledge of Fishing, Milling, and Side-Tracking tools and maintenance procedures
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent understanding of HSE and Quality Management Systems
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee all F&R Workshop activities
Manage mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance of tools
Supervise machining, welding/redressing, grinding, and mechanical repairs
Promote HSE and Quality culture across all workshop functions
Ensure compliance with testing and inspection procedures
Coordinate with field and logistics teams for timely readiness of packages
