Landscape Manager
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Manager located in Kuwait City. The Landscape Manager will be responsible for overseeing landscape projects, managing teams, and ensuring the quality of work in installation, maintenance, and design activities.
- The role requires close coordination with clients, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that all projects meet high standards and are completed within budget and on schedule. Additional responsibilities include preparing project reports, solving site-related challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Landscape Design, Architecture, and knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices
- Experience in managing teams, project management, and resource allocation in landscape management
- Proficiency in horticulture, plant maintenance, and irrigation system management
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with clients and develop designs that meet their needs and preferences
- Proficiency in relevant design and project management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in landscape project management, particularly in the Middle East region, is highly desirable

مدير المناظر الطبيعية
وصف الدور
- هذا منصب بدوام كامل في موقع مدير تنسيق حدائق في مدينة الكويت. سيكون مدير تنسيق الحدائق مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على مشاريع تنسيق الحدائق، وإدارة فرق العمل، وضمان جودة العمل في أعمال التركيب والصيانة والتصميم.
- يتطلب هذا الدور تنسيقًا وثيقًا مع العملاء والموردين وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين لضمان استيفاء جميع المشاريع لأعلى المعايير وإنجازها ضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني المحدد. تشمل المسؤوليات الإضافية إعداد تقارير المشاريع، وحل التحديات المتعلقة بالموقع، وضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والبيئة.
المؤهلات
- الخبرة في تصميم المناظر الطبيعية والهندسة المعمارية ومعرفة ممارسات المناظر الطبيعية المستدامة
- خبرة في إدارة الفرق وإدارة المشاريع وتخصيص الموارد في إدارة المناظر الطبيعية
- الكفاءة في البستنة وصيانة النباتات وإدارة أنظمة الري
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة وحل المشكلات
- القدرة على العمل مع العملاء وتطوير التصاميم التي تلبي احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم
- تعتبر الكفاءة في برامج التصميم وإدارة المشاريع ذات الصلة ميزة إضافية
- يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية أو العلوم البيئية أو البستنة أو مجال ذي صلة
- الخبرة السابقة في إدارة مشاريع المناظر الطبيعية، وخاصة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية
