Position Overview
- The COO will play a pivotal role in driving Seazen Group’s operational performance, service excellence, and long-term growth.
- This executive leader will oversee all catering, food service, and restaurant functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and alignment with the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Develop and execute operational strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all Seazen Group service lines.
- Oversee daily operations of catering, food service, and restaurant units, ensuring consistency, quality, and full compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, service delivery, and operational systems.
Strategic & Financial Management
- Partner with the executive leadership team to define long-term operational goals and support corporate strategy.
- Create, manage, and optimize budgets, ensuring financial targets and cost-control measures are achieved.
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement actions that improve performance, productivity, and service quality.
Team Development & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop an operations team committed to excellence, accountability, and growth.

Marketing Director
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
