Responsibilities
Comprehensive Bookkeeping: Oversee and execute the full bookkeeping cycle for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring all ledgers are accurate and up-to-date.
Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial statements and status reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint for management and client reviews.
Systems Management: Utilize specialized accounting software (Xero, Odoo, QuickBooks) to streamline financial data entry and reconciliation processes.
Team Supervision: Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring quality control across all departmental outputs and administrative tasks.
Process Optimization: Assist in developing efficient workflows for data management and financial documentation within the firm.
Requirements
Education: Must be an Accounting Graduate with a strong foundation in financial principles.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of direct bookkeeping experience is mandatory. Prior experience supervising junior staff is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with cloud ERPs like Xero, Odoo, or QuickBooks (QB) is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: High level of organizational discipline, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Location: Candidates must be residing in the State of Kuwait.

إدارة مسك الدفاتر: الإشراف على الدورة المحاسبية الكاملة لمجموعة متنوعة من العملاء، وضمان دقة كافة السجلات والقيود المالية.
التقارير المالية: إعداد بيانات مالية وتقارير دورية مفصلة باستخدام البرامج المتقدمة (Excel & PPT) لعرضها على الإدارة والعملاء.
إدارة الأنظمة: استخدام البرامج المحاسبية المتخصصة (Xero, Odoo, QuickBooks) لتنظيم تدفق البيانات المالية وعمليات التسوية.
الإشراف الفني: توجيه ومتابعة أعمال صغار المحاسبين، وضمان جودة المخرجات والالتزام بالمعايير المهنية للمكتب.
تحسين العمليات: المساهمة في تطوير نماذج عمل فعالة لإدارة البيانات والتوثيق المالي داخل المكتب.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: يجب أن يكون المتقدم خريج تخصص المحاسبة مع خلفية قوية في المبادئ المالية.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مسك الدفاتر (Bookkeeping) كشرط أساسي. ويفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في الإشراف على طاقم عمل.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان تام لبرامج Excel وPowerPoint. وتعتبر الخبرة في أنظمة Xero أو Odoo أو QuickBooks ميزة إضافية كبيرة.
السمات المهنية: انضباط تنظيمي عالٍ، تفكير تحليلي، والقدرة على إدارة حسابات عملاء متعددين بدقة.
