• CSCEC Middle East L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as CSCME) is instituted as a major overseas operational enterprise of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CSCHQ). CSCME is an established contractor that provides multi-disciplinary (i.e. Building, Infrastructure and MEP work) Engineering and Construction services in the UAE with headquarters in Dubai.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of proven experience specifically within the Kuwaiti construction market.

• Project History: Extensive and proven experience in wastewater treatment projects and large-scale infrastructure.

• Sector Expertise: Strong background in the commercial aspects of civil and infrastructure works, representing Main Contractors.

• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in contract administration, procurement strategies, and cost control systems.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing inside Kuwait or have a strong, verifiable history in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Oversight: Manage and oversee all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Contract Administration: Lead the preparation, negotiation, and administration of complex construction contracts and subcontracts.

• Cost Control: Implement rigorous cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and project delivery.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.↚
