Waiter – Salary: 250 KWD
Driver – Salary: 220 KWD
Responsibilities
Service Excellence: As a Waiter, provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction and a seamless dining experience.
Logistics & Delivery: As a Driver, ensure timely and safe delivery of orders while maintaining professional conduct on the road.
Communication: Effectively communicate with both customers and team members in Arabic and English to ensure order accuracy.
Daily Operations: Support the restaurant’s daily needs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with hygiene standards.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to maintain the restaurant’s high standards of quality.
Requirements
Experience: Proven previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Communication: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective customer interaction.
Status: Must hold a transferable visa and currently reside within Kuwait.
Availability: This is a Full-Time position.
Location: Local hiring only (Candidates must be inside Kuwait).

تميز الخدمة: كموظف خدمة (ويتر)، تقديم خدمة ودودة وفعالة لضمان رضا الضيوف وتوفير تجربة طعام سلسة.
الخدمات اللوجستية: كشيف سائق، ضمان توصيل الطلبات بشكل آمن وفي الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على السلوك المهني على الطريق.
التواصل: التواصل الفعال مع العملاء وأعضاء الفريق باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية لضمان دقة الطلبات.
العمليات اليومية: دعم احتياجات المطعم اليومية والحفاظ على مساحة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وفقاً لمعايير النظافة.
العمل الجماعي: التعاون مع طاقم المطبخ والخدمة للحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية للمطعم.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة سابقة مثبتة في نفس الدور الوظيفي ضمن قطاع المطاعم أو الضيافة.
اللغة: القدرة على التواصل بفعالية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (شرط أساسي).
الوضع القانوني: يجب حمل إقامة قابلة للتحويل والتواجد حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.
نوع العمل: دوام كامل.
التوظيف: التوظيف من داخل الكويت فقط.
