High-Level Safety & HSE Professionals for KOC-Approved Projects

Available Positions

• Safety Engineer / Officer / Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee comprehensive HSE management systems in alignment with KOC standards.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments to mitigate industrial hazards.

• Manage environmental compliance and industrial hygiene protocols across construction and industrial sites.

• Lead incident investigation reports and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure all site activities strictly adhere to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Requirements

• Option A: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of HSE experience.

• Option B: High School Diploma with NEBOSH Certification and minimum 10 years of experience (including 7 years in HSE).

• Mandatory: Must hold valid KOC Approvals (Documents must be submitted with CV).

• Certifications: Completion of certified HSE courses (General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, ISO Lead Auditor, or ASSP).

• Safety Officer Specific: Must have successfully completed First Aider certification as per KOC.HSE.004.

المسؤوليات

• تنفيذ والإشراف على أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الشاملة وفقاً لمعايير KOC.

• إجراء تفتيش دوري لسلامة الموقع وتقييم المخاطر للحد من المخاطر الصناعية.

• إدارة بروتوكولات الامتثال البيئي والنظافة الصناعية في مواقع الإنشاءات والمواقع الصناعية.

• قيادة تقارير التحقيق في الحوادث وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

• التنسيق مع فرق المشروع لضمان التزام كافة أنشطة الموقع بمعايير ISO 14001 وISO 45001.

المتطلبات

• الخيار الأول: بكالوريوس علوم أو دبلوم هندسة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

• الخيار الثاني: شهادة الثانوية العامة مع شهادة NEBOSH وخبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات (منها 7 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة).

• شرط أساسي: يجب الحصول على اعتمادات شركة نفط الكويت (KOC Approvals) وإرفاقها مع السيرة الذاتية.

• الشهادات: إتمام دورات HSE معتمدة (السلامة الصناعية العامة، سلامة الإنشاءات، أو مدقق رئيسي ISO).

• لمسؤولي السلامة: يجب الحصول على شهادة مسعف أولي (First Aider) وفقاً لمعيار KOC.HSE.004.
