Safety Engineer (MEP – Oil & Gas Projects)
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at MEP project sites
Ensure full compliance with KOC/KNPC safety standards and regulations
Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and hazard identification
Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
Coordinate with project team, consultants, and client representatives on safety matters
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with permit-to-work systems
Maintain safety documentation, reports, and audit records
Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
8–10 years of experience in MEP projects, preferably in Oil & Gas sector
Mandatory valid KOC/KNPC approval
NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
Strong knowledge of Kuwait safety regulations and international HSE standards
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Transferable visa (Article 18) – Local hiring only in Kuwait

متابعة أنشطة الموقع لضمان ممارسات العمل الآمنة
إجراء اجتماعات Toolbox، والتدريب على السلامة والتوعية
التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث القريبة وإعداد التقارير واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
التنسيق مع فريق المشروع والاستشاريين وممثلي العميل بشأن السلامة
التأكد من الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الحماية الشخصية والالتزام بنظام تصاريح العمل
المحافظة على الوثائق والتقارير وسجلات التدقيق
دعم التدقيقات والفحوص الداخلية والخارجية
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية/كهربائية مفضل)
خبرة 8–10 سنوات في مشاريع MEP، ويفضل في قطاع النفط والغاز
موافقة KOC/KNPC صالحة إلزامية
شهادة NEBOSH / IOSH مفضلة
معرفة قوية بلوائح السلامة الكويتية ومعايير HSE الدولية
مهارات تواصل وإعداد تقارير ممتازة
تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) – التوظيف محلي فقط في الكويت
