Credit Officer
A leading Manufacturing & Electrical Trading Company is seeking a Credit Officer.
Job Description:
- Responsible for Credit and Collection Department
- Maintain the corporate credit policy
- Recommend changes in the credit policy to senior management
- Create a credit scoring model
- Manage customer credit files
- Review new customer applications and perform credit checks
- Monitor the credit granting and updating process
- Accept or reject credit recommendations
- Set and monitor credit terms (payment period, limits, risk levels)
- Visit customers to maintain and sustain relationships
- Periodically review and adjust credit limits
- Monitor customer aging and credit limits reports
- Coordinate with Sales Department for customer relations
- Monitor exposure against approved credit limits
- Ensure compliance with company credit policy
Skills:
- B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, or similar field (or B.Com as minimum)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Credit Officer
- Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to handle complex financial data
- Strong ethical behavior and ability to handle sensitive financial information
- Bilingual (English / Arabic)

مسؤول عن قسم الائتمان والتحصيل
الحفاظ على سياسة الائتمان الخاصة بالشركة
اقتراح التعديلات على سياسة الائتمان للإدارة العليا
إنشاء نموذج لتقييم الجدارة الائتمانية
إدارة ملفات ائتمان العملاء
مراجعة طلبات العملاء الجدد وإجراء الفحوصات الائتمانية
مراقبة عمليات منح وتحديث الائتمان
قبول أو رفض توصيات الائتمان
تحديد ومتابعة شروط الائتمان (فترة السداد، الحدود، مستويات المخاطر)
زيارة العملاء للحفاظ على العلاقات
مراجعة وتعديل حدود الائتمان بشكل دوري
مراقبة تقارير العملاء، أعمار الديون، وحدود الائتمان
التنسيق مع قسم المبيعات بخصوص علاقات العملاء
مراقبة التعرض مقابل حدود الائتمان المعتمدة
ضمان الالتزام بسياسة الائتمان الخاصة بالشركة
المهارات:
بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل أو البنوك أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال مشابه أو B.Com كحد أدنى
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس المجال كموظف ائتمان
مهارات تواصل قوية وخبرة مثبتة في خدمة العملاء
مهارات تحليلية عالية والقدرة على التعامل مع بيانات مالية معقدة
سلوك مهني عالي والقدرة على التعامل مع معلومات مالية حساسة
إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
