Requirements

■Strict commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and global food safety protocols.

■Must be a local hire currently residing in Kuwait.

■Must hold a valid transferable residency permit (Article 18).

Responsibilities

■Executing high-volume food production for central kitchen distribution and buffet services.

■Ensuring the authentic preparation and presentation of Arabic, Italian, and Indian dishes.

■Maintaining rigorous quality control over ingredients and final culinary outputs.

■Adhering to strict health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary workspace.

■Managing kitchen inventory and workstations to optimize operational efficiency.

■خبرة فنية قوية في إعداد المأكولات العربية والإيطالية والهندية.

■معرفة شاملة بمعايير تحضير الطعام وطرق الطهي العالمية والاحترافية.

■القدرة على العمل بكفاءة وتعاون ضمن فريق عمل في بيئة عالية الضغط.

■التزام صارم بمعايير النظافة، والترتيب، وبروتوكولات سلامة الغذاء العالمية.

■يجب أن يكون المتقدم توظيفاً محلياً مقيماً حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.

■يجب امتلاك إقامة سارية المفعول قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

المسؤوليات

■تنفيذ عمليات إنتاج الأغذية بكميات كبيرة لتوزيع المطبخ المركزي وخدمات البوفيه.

■ضمان التحضير الأصلي والتقديم الراقي للأطباق العربية والإيطالية والهندية.

■الحفاظ على رقابة صارمة على الجودة للمكونات والمخرجات النهائية للطهي.

■الالتزام بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية دائماً.

■إدارة مخزون المطبخ ومحطات العمل لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.

■التعاون مع فريق المطبخ لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج اليومية والتميز في الخدمة.
