Responsibilities
Clinical Psychologists: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychological assessments for adolescents and adults; manage diagnoses and mental health challenges with cultural sensitivity.
Pediatric Clinical Psychologist: Deliver specialized psychological services to children; collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support developmental and behavioral well-being.
Pediatric Occupational Therapist: Provide sensory integration, early intervention, and occupational therapy services to help children reach their full potential.
Speech Language Pathologist: Assess and treat speech and language disorders in children, managing comprehensive SLP programs and multidisciplinary evaluations.
Clinic Manager: Oversee daily operations, manage front desk staff, supervise performance metrics (KPIs), and ensure high service standards.
Customer Care Officer: Manage patient check-ins, appointments, insurance requests, and administrative records while ensuring a professional patient experience.
Requirements
Psychology Roles: Master’s degree in Psychology with a minimum of 6 years of clinical experience (3 years in a similar role) and eligibility for a Kuwait MOH license.
Therapist Roles (OT/SLP): Minimum 3 years of specialized experience, bilingual (Arabic/English), and licensed or eligible for Kuwait MOH licensure.
Administrative Roles: 6+ years for Managerial and 2+ years for Customer Care; strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills required.
General: Strong multicultural competence and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

المسؤوليات
أخصائيو علم النفس: تقديم خدمات سريرية قائمة على الأدلة، إجراء التقييمات النفسية، والتشخيص والتدخل العلاجي للمراهقين والبالغين.
أخصائي علاج العمل/النطق: تقديم خدمات التدخل المبكر والدمج الحسي، وتقييم وتشخيص اضطرابات النطق واللغة لدى الأطفال مع وضع خطط علاجية متكاملة.
مدير العيادة: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية، إدارة موظفي الاستقبال، متابعة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs)، وضمان أعلى معايير الخدمة.
موظف خدمة العملاء: الترحيب بالمرضى، تنسيق المواعيد، التعامل مع طلبات التأمين، وضمان تجربة مريحة واحترافية للمراجعين.
المتطلبات
لوظائف علم النفس: ماجستير في علم النفس، خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات (منها 3 سنوات في دور مماثل)، وترخيص وزارة الصحة الكويتية أو الجاهزية للحصول عليه.
لوظائف الأخصائيين: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وترخيص وزارة الصحة الكويتية.
للوظائف الإدارية: خبرة تبدأ من سنتين لخدمة العملاء و6 سنوات للإدارة، مع مهارات قيادية وتواصل استثنائية.
عام: القدرة على العمل الجماعي والكفاءة في التعامل مع ثقافات متعددة.
