الشروط والمتطلبات الأساسية
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجالات الموارد البشرية المختلفة.
- إتقان التواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة تامة.
- معرفة عميقة بـ قانون العمل الكويتي والإجراءات الإدارية المتبعة.↚
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على استخدام أنظمة HR المتطورة وبرامج Microsoft Office.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
