Positions

Electrical Maintenance Engineer (8-10 years of experience)
PL&FF Engineer (Plumbing & Firefighting) (8-10 years of experience)
PL&FF Draftsman (5-6 years of experience)
Mechanical Engineer (3-5 years of experience in HVAC Contracting)
Document Controller (2-4 years of experience)

Responsibilities

Engineering & Design: Overseeing MEP project lifecycles, ensuring plumbing and firefighting systems meet international standards, and managing HVAC contracting workflows.
Maintenance & Operations: Leading electrical maintenance teams to ensure the reliability and safety of large-scale engineering projects.
Technical Support: Developing detailed MEP drafts and managing technical documentation and records to ensure seamless project communication and compliance.

Requirements

Experience: Proven professional background specifically within MEP projects, HVAC contracting, or maintenance as per the years mentioned for each role.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge, proficiency in engineering software (for drafting roles), and excellent project management abilities.
Location: All applicants must be currently residing in Kuwait.

المسؤوليات

الهندسة والتصميم: الإشراف على دورة حياة مشاريع الكهروميكانيك، وضمان مطابقة أنظمة الصحي والحريق للمعايير العالمية، وإدارة سير عمل مقاولات التكييف.
الصيانة والعمليات: قيادة فرق الصيانة الكهربائية لضمان موثوقية وسلامة المشاريع الهندسية الكبرى.
الدعم الفني: تطوير المخططات الهندسية التفصيلية وإدارة الوثائق الفنية والسجلات لضمان سلاسة التواصل والامتثال داخل المشاريع.

المتطلبات

الخبرة: خلفية مهنية مثبتة وتحديداً في مشاريع MEP، أو مقاولات التكييف، أو الصيانة حسب عدد السنوات المطلوب لكل وظيفة.
المهارات: معرفة تقنية قوية، إتقان البرامج الهندسية (لأدوار الرسم)، وقدرات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون جميع المتقدمين مقيمين حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.
السمات الشخصية: دقة متناهية في التفاصيل، مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، والتزام تام بالنزاهة المهنية.
