Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Language Skills: High proficiency in communication; English as a second language is highly preferable.
• Visa Status: Must hold a transferable visa (Article 18) for local hire in Kuwait.

الشروط والمتطلبات الأساسية

• الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
• امتلاك خبرات احترافية سابقة في مراكز الاتصال، ويفضل من لديه خبرة في المجال الطبي أو العيادات.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية تعتبر ميزة إضافية كبيرة للمتقدم.
• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل الكويت مع توفر إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
• القدرة على التعلم السريع والإلمام بكافة خدمات المركز والسياسات المتبعة.
