Requirements
Receptionist: Previous experience in clinics or medical centers is required. Must possess a valid transferable residency (Visa 18) and currently reside in Kuwait.
Purchasing Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to professionalism.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes (for Purchasing).
Responsibilities
Receptionist: Receiving and welcoming patients in a courteous manner, providing outstanding customer service, and managing front-desk professional correspondence.
Purchasing Officer: Managing the medical store, handling materials, and receiving supplies from vendors. You will also be responsible for distributing materials to clinical rooms and developing cost-effective purchasing strategies. ↚
Preparing and processing purchase orders while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Ensuring that all clinical and administrative supply needs are met with high standards of quality.

المتطلبات
موظف الاستقبال: خبرة سابقة في العيادات أو المراكز الطبية. يجب امتلاك إقامة سارية قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) مع التواجد الحالي داخل دولة الكويت.
مسؤول المشتريات: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، سلاسل التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على التعامل مع الآخرين باحترافية.
قدرة مثبتة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في بيئة طبية سريعة الوتيرة.
مهارات قوية في التفاوض ومعرفة بآليات الشراء والتعاقد (لوظيفة المشتريات).
المسؤوليات
موظف الاستقبال: استقبال المرضى والترحيب بهم بطريقة مهنية، تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة، وإدارة المراسلات المهنية في مكتب الاستقبال.
مسؤول المشتريات: إدارة المخزن الطبي، التعامل مع المواد والمستلزمات، واستلام التوريدات من الشركات. كما ستتولى مسؤولية توزيع المواد على الغرف الطبية وتطوير استراتيجيات شراء موفرة للتكاليف.
إعداد ومعالجة أوامر الشراء مع الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين والبائعين.
ضمان تلبية كافة احتياجات التوريد الطبية والإدارية وفقاً لأعلى معايير الجودة.
