Strategic HSE Leadership: Head of Oil & Gas Safety & Environment

We are seeking an exceptional leader with the vision and deep expertise to embed a "Zero Harm" culture within our group’s Oil & Gas division. This is not merely an administrative role, but a strategic leadership position aimed at driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of compliance in a complex and vital work environment.

Requirements

• Head of HSE: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or HSE Technology. Extensive leadership experience in HSE within complex Oil & Gas operations. Deep knowledge of international risk management and auditing standards. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH and ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred.

• Outdoor Salesman: Minimum 5 years of experience in laundry equipment sales. Valid Kuwaiti driving license. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• HSE Systems: Developing and implementing a comprehensive HSE Management System (HSE-MS).

• Operational Oversight: Overseeing process safety programs, equipment safety, and rigorous audits (LOTO, PSM).

• Investigation & Analysis: Managing incident investigations and identifying Root Causes (RCA) to ensure non-recurrence.

• Sales Execution: (For Salesman) Visiting clients, promoting special offers, preparing quotations, and building long-term customer relationships.↚

• Stakeholder Relations: Acting as the primary interface with regulatory bodies and external partners to ensure total compliance.

• رئيس قسم HSE: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم البيئة أو تكنولوجيا السلامة. خبرة واسعة في مناصب قيادية بقطاع النفط والغاز. يفضل حمل شهادات NEBOSH وشهادة مدقق رئيسي ISO 45001/14001.

• مندوب مبيعات: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات معدات المغاسل (Laundry Equipment). رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والتعامل مع برامج MS Office ومنصة Instagram.

المسؤوليات

• نظم الإدارة: تطوير وتنفيذ نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE-MS) الشامل.

• الرقابة التشغيلية: الإشراف على برامج سلامة العمليات والمعدات وتدقيقات السلامة (LOTO, PSM).

• التحقيق والتحليل: إدارة التحقيقات في الحوادث وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية (RCA) لضمان عدم تكرارها.

• تطوير المبيعات: (للمندوب) زيارة العملاء، تقديم العروض والخصومات، وإعداد عروض الأسعار وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الجدد.

• التمثيل الرسمي: العمل كواجهة رئيسية مع الجهات الرقابية والشركاء الخارجيين لضمان الامتثال التام.
