Strategic Technical Leadership: Senior Estimation Engineer (Oil & Gas)

This role requires a sophisticated understanding of EPC project lifecycles and a mastery of the stringent standards governing the Kuwaiti energy landscape.

• Senior Estimation Engineer (Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities

• Cost Management: Preparing comprehensive cost estimates encompassing materials, specialized labor, and high-spec equipment for major energy projects.

• Tendering & Bidding: Developing precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and managing the full lifecycle of RFQ/RFP and tendering processes.

• Technical Analysis: Performing rigorous cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets and competitive bidding strategies.

• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating with engineering and procurement teams to ensure technical specifications align with financial estimations.

• Budgeting: Developing detailed project budgets that ensure operational viability and financial efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas / EPC sectors.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the standards and protocols of KOC, KNPC, KGOC, and KIPIC.

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of cost estimation, BOQ development, and tendering for large-scale industrial projects.

• Location: Candidates must be based in or able to relocate to Kuwait.

المسؤوليات

• إدارة التكاليف: إعداد تقديرات تكلفة شاملة تشمل المواد، العمالة المتخصصة، والمعدات ذات المواصفات العالية لمشاريع الطاقة الكبرى.

• المناقصات والعطاءات: تطوير جداول كميات (BOQ) دقيقة وإدارة الدورة الكاملة لطلبات العروض (RFQ/RFP) وعمليات تقديم العطاءات.
