Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time Lead specialized construction for the vibrant F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Act as the primary contractor representative, overseeing all daily construction activities.
Specialized MEP Oversight: Monitor civil, plumbing, and piping works with a specific focus on high-performance kitchen drainage and grease trap installations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central link between consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
