Responsibilities
Oversee and execute technical operations across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor site activities as a Civil Supervisor to maintain strict adherence to engineering specifications and timelines.
Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols as a Safety Engineer or Officer to ensure a zero-harm environment.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to streamline workflow and resolve technical challenges on-site within the KOC framework.
Requirements
Experience: Proven professional experience in the relevant field, with a strong preference for candidates with an Oil & Gas background.
Approvals: KOC approval is considered a significant advantage for all technical positions.
Location: Must be a local candidate currently residing in Kuwait.
Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who are ready to join immediately.

الإشراف على العمليات الفنية وتنفيذها في التخصصات المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع. مراقبة أنشطة الموقع كمشرف مدني لضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات الهندسية والجداول الزمنية. تنفيذ وفرض بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة الصارمة كمندس أو ضابط سلامة لضمان بيئة عمل خالية من الحوادث. التنسيق مع أطراف المشروع لتسهيل سير العمل وحل التحديات الفنية في الموقع.
المتطلبات
خبرة مهنية مثبتة في المجال ذي الصلة، مع تفضيل قوي للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز. يعتبر الحصول على اعتماد شركة نفط الكويت (KOC approval) ميزة إضافية كبيرة لجميع المناصب الفنية. يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت فقط. ستعطى الأولوية للمرشحين المستعدين للمباشرة بالعمل فوراً.
