Responsibilities

• Standard Implementation: Ensure the full and rigorous execution of safety standards and protocols across the project site.

• Inspection & Reporting: Conduct regular, detailed safety inspections and prepare comprehensive reports for management.

• Training & Mentorship: Provide essential safety training and lead daily "Toolbox Talks" to ensure worker awareness and compliance.

• Incident Management: Investigate all on-site incidents or near-misses and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of solid experience specifically in construction safety.

• Certifications: Must hold NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent recognized safety certifications.

• Visa Status: Must hold a transferable Article 18 (Private Sector Only).↚ 

  • Note: Transfer from Government Projects, Farms, or Factories is strictly not accepted.

• Licensing: A valid Kuwaiti Driving License is mandatory.

• Knowledge: Expert understanding of Kuwait’s safety regulations, standards, and risk assessment methodologies.

• Location: Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.

المسؤوليات

• تنفيذ المعايير: ضمان التنفيذ الكامل والصارم لمعايير وبروتوكولات السلامة في كافة أرجاء موقع المشروع.

• التفتيش والتقارير: إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية ودقيقة للسلامة وإعداد تقارير شاملة للإدارة.

• التدريب والتوجيه: تقديم تدريبات السلامة الضرورية وقيادة "Toolbox Talks" اليومية لضمان وعي العمال والتزامهم.

• إدارة الحوادث: التحقيق في جميع الحوادث أو الإصابات الوشيكة في الموقع وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية الفعالة.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال سلامة الإنشاءات حصراً.

• الشهادات: ضرورة الحصول على شهادة NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها من الشهادات المعتمدة.

• وضع التأشيرة: يجب امتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل مادة 18 (قطاع أهلي فقط).

  • ملاحظة: لا يقبل التحويل من المشاريع الحكومية، المزارع، أو المصانع.

• الرخصة: ضرورة حمل رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.

• المعرفة: فهم عميق للوائح ومعايير السلامة في الكويت ومنهجيات تقييم المخاطر.

• الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت حالياً.
