Position

• Retail Accountant

Responsibilities

• Managing daily accounting operations specifically tailored to the retail sector, including sales reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are recorded within the accounting system.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for advanced financial reporting, data analysis, and inventory tracking.

• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes with high attention to detail.

• Ensuring punctuality in financial reporting and maintaining compliance with internal audit standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in accounting, with a mandatory background in the Retail field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in specialized accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Availability: Must be available for full-time employment and capable of an immediate start.

• Attributes: Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and a strong commitment to punctuality and deadlines.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.

• الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة وضمان تسجيل جميع المعاملات ضمن النظام المحاسبي المعتمد.

• استخدام برنامج "مايكروسوفت إكسل" لإعداد التقارير المالية المتقدمة، تحليل البيانات، وتتبع المخزون.

• دعم عمليات إغلاق نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة المالية بدقة متناهية.

• ضمان الدقة والمواعيد النهائية في التقارير المالية والالتزام بمعايير التدقيق الداخلي.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة: من 2 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية المثبتة في المحاسبة، مع خبرة سابقة إلزامية في مجال التجزئة (Retail).

• المهارات التقنية: إتقان الأنظمة المحاسبية المتخصصة ومهارات متقدمة في استخدام برنامج Excel.

• التوافر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحاً للعمل بدوام كامل ومستعداً للمباشرة الفورية.

• السمات الشخصية: القدرة المثبتة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط والالتزام التام بالمواعيد النهائية.

• الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.
