Responsibilities

■Managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

■Ensuring all financial activities strictly adhere to recognized accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS).

■Utilizing Odoo or similar ERP systems to streamline financial reporting and data accuracy.

■Preparing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.

■Conducting thorough bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow to maintain operational liquidity.

■Supporting the internal and external audit processes through meticulous documentation and record-keeping.

■Analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights for budgeting and cost-control strategies.

Requirements

■Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related professional field.

■Minimum of 3–5 years of intensive accounting experience, preferably in a senior or similar capacity.

■Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and international standards (GAAP/IFRS).

■High proficiency in professional accounting software and modern ERP systems.

■Mandatory practical experience with Odoo or equivalent enterprise resource planning platforms.

■Strong analytical skills with a focus on technical precision and data integrity.

■Currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency permit (Article 18).

■إعداد بيانات مالية تفصيلية شهرية وربع سنوية وسنوية لمراجعة الإدارة.

■إجراء تسويات بنكية دقيقة ومراقبة التدفق النقدي للحفاظ على السيولة التشغيلية.

■دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال التوثيق الدقيق وحفظ السجلات.

■تحليل البيانات المالية لتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لاستراتيجيات الميزانية والرقابة على التكاليف.

المتطلبات

■درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص مهني ذي صلة.

■خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في العمل المحاسبي المكثف، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في منصب مماثل.

■معرفة متقدمة بمبادئ المحاسبة والمعايير الدولية (GAAP/IFRS).

■خبرة عملية "إلزامية" في استخدام نظام Odoo أو منصات تخطيط موارد المؤسسات المماثلة.
