Available Positions & Detailed Responsibilities:

• 1. Bulldozer Operator
  Responsible for massive land clearing, grading, and leveling on new construction sites. You will operate heavy-duty bulldozers safely to move vast quantities of earth. Requires precise maneuvering skills to prepare foundations and roads while strictly adhering to site safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules.
• 2. Road Roller Operator
  Tasked with the critical job of soil, gravel, and asphalt compaction for highway and road construction. You must ensure surface integrity and meet exact density specifications. Your role involves daily machine inspections and collaborating closely with paving crews to deliver flawless road surfaces.
• 3. Excavator Operator
  Handling complex trenching, foundation digging, and heavy material excavation. You will operate advanced hydraulic excavators in tight urban or expansive industrial sites. Precision control is mandatory to avoid underground utilities, coupled with a strong understanding of structural earthworks and safety standards.
• 4. Backhoe Loader Operator
  A highly versatile role requiring expertise in both digging and material handling. You will perform trenching, backfilling, and truck loading operations efficiently.
