Responsibilities

• Biomedical Technician: Maintain critical medical equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure strict safety and calibration standards.

• AI Integration & Business Application Developer: Design AI-driven solutions (chatbots, automation, analytics), build business applications, and manage ERP/CRM system integrations.

• Maintenance Supervisor: Lead the facility maintenance team, plan preventive schedules, and ensure the hospital infrastructure complies with safety standards.

• Recruitment Specialist: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, collaborating with departments to attract and screen top medical and administrative talent.

• Patient Experience & Services Manager: Lead front office and call center operations, handle patient feedback, and monitor KPIs to enhance the overall patient journey.

Requirements

• Biomedical Technician: Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.

• AI Developer: 3–5 years of experience in software development, strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or .NET, and experience in AI workflow automation.

• Maintenance Supervisor: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory role.

• Recruitment Specialist: Bachelor’s degree, prior HR/Recruitment experience, and solid knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.

• Patient Experience Manager: Strong leadership experience in healthcare operations and excellent problem-solving skills.

المسؤوليات

• فني أجهزة طبية (Biomedical): صيانة المعدات الطبية الحيوية، إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، وضمان معايير السلامة والمعايرة.

• مطور تطبيقات ومكاملة ذكاء اصطناعي: تصميم حلول تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي (بوتات، أتمتة)، بناء تطبيقات الأعمال، وإدارة تكامل الأنظمة مثل ERP و CRM.

• مشرف صيانة: قيادة فريق صيانة المنشأة، تخطيط جداول الصيانة الوقائية، وضمان امتثال البنية التحتية لمعايير السلامة.

• إخصائي توظيف: إدارة دورة التوظيف كاملة من البحث عن الكفاءات حتى مباشرة العمل، والتنسيق مع الأقسام لاستقطاب أفضل الكوادر.

• مدير تجربة وخدمات المرضى: الإشراف على المكاتب الأمامية ومركز الاتصال، التعامل مع ملاحظات المرضى، ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء لرفع جودة الخدمة.

المتطلبات

• فني أجهزة طبية: دبلوم هندسة كهربائية/إلكترونية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.

• مطور ذكاء اصطناعي: خبرة 3-5 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات، إتقان Python أو JavaScript أو .NET، وخبرة في أدوات أتمتة العمل.

• مشرف صيانة: درجة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية مع خبرة سنتين على الأقل في دور إشرافي مماثل.

• إخصائي توظيف: درجة البكالوريوس، خبرة في الموارد البشرية، ومعرفة تامة بقانون العمل الكويتي.

• مدير تجربة المرضى: خبرة قيادية قوية في إدارة عمليات المستشفيات أو خدمات المرضى.
