Urgent Requirement for the Following Positions

Fixed Assets Management Supervisor

• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring accurate tracking, capitalization, and reconciliation across all sites.
• Conduct regular physical asset verifications to confirm existence, condition, and location.
• Manage asset lifecycle activities including tagging, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of asset data in ERP systems (IFS Cloud/FAM) and enforce internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments, lead stock takes, and support asset tracking improvements (QR/GPS systems).

Heavy Equipment Electrician

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems in heavy equipment, including cranes and machinery.
• Inspect and maintain electrical components such as wiring, batteries, alternators, starters, sensors, and control systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics to identify and resolve faults.
• Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns, provide effective solutions, and support field maintenance activities.
• Maintain safety standards, prepare inspection and repair reports, and collaborate with maintenance teams for efficient operations.

🔹 مشرف إدارة الأصول الثابتة (Fixed Assets Management Supervisor)

المهام:

• الحفاظ على سجل الأصول الثابتة وتحديثه مع ضمان الدقة في التتبع والرسملة والمطابقة
• إجراء جرد دوري للأصول للتحقق من وجودها وحالتها ومواقعها
• إدارة دورة حياة الأصول (الترميز، النقل، الاستبعاد، الإهلاك)
• تسجيل بيانات الأصول بدقة في أنظمة ERP (IFS Cloud / FAM) وضمان تطبيق الرقابة الداخلية
• التعاون مع قسم المالية والأقسام الأخرى ودعم تطوير أنظمة التتبع (QR / GPS)

🔹 فني كهرباء معدات ثقيلة (Heavy Equipment Electrician)

المهام:

• فحص وتشخيص وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية للمعدات الثقيلة (مثل الرافعات والآلات)
• صيانة المكونات الكهربائية مثل الأسلاك والبطاريات والدينامو والحساسات وأنظمة التحكم
• استخدام أدوات التشخيص وقراءة المخططات الفنية
• التعامل السريع مع الأعطال وتقديم حلول فعالة
• إعداد تقارير الصيانة والالتزام بمعايير السلامة
