Position

Heavy Truck Driver / Trailer Truck Driver

Responsibilities

Safe Operations: Operating heavy and trailer trucks to transport food products and materials safely between warehouses, factories, and clients.
Logistics Precision: Ensuring all deliveries are made on time according to assigned routes and strict delivery schedules.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness and condition.
Documentation: Managing essential delivery paperwork, including delivery notes, trip sheets, and logs.
Team Coordination: Working closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to streamline dispatch schedules and loading processes.
Compliance: Adhering strictly to Kuwaiti traffic laws, safety regulations, and internal company policies.

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess a valid Kuwait Heavy Driving License.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience driving heavy trucks or trailers, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Geographical Knowledge: Excellent familiarity with Kuwait’s roads, industrial areas, and commercial locations.
Communication: Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
Attributes: Physically fit, punctual, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility toward cargo and vehicle safety.

سائق شاحنة ثقيلة / سائق تريلا (Heavy/Trailer Truck Driver)

المسؤوليات

العمليات الآمنة: قيادة الشاحنات الثقيلة والمقطورات لنقل المنتجات الغذائية والمواد بأمان بين المستودعات والمصانع والعملاء.
دقة اللوجستيات: ضمان إتمام جميع عمليات التسليم في الوقت المحدد وفقاً للمسارات المحددة وجداول التسليم الصارمة.
صيانة المركبة: إجراء فحص للمركبة قبل وبعد الرحلات لضمان سلامتها وصلاحيتها للطريق، والحفاظ على نظافتها وحالتها الفنية.
التوثيق: إدارة الأوراق الثبوتية الأساسية للتسليم، بما في ذلك مذكرات التسليم وكشوف الرحلات والسجلات.
التنسيق الميداني: العمل عن كثب مع فرق المستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية لتنسيق جداول الشحن وعمليات التحميل.
الامتثال: الالتزام التام بقوانين المرور الكويتية وأنظمة السلامة وسياسات الشركة الداخلية.

المتطلبات

الترخيص: يجب الحصول على رخصة قيادة عامة (ثقيلة) كويتية سارية المفعول.
الخبرة: خبرة مهنية مثبتة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في قيادة الشاحنات الثقيلة أو المقطورات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية (FMCG).
المعرفة الجغرافية: إلمام تام بطرق الكويت والمناطق الصناعية والمواقع التجارية.
اللغات: مهارات تواصل أساسية باللغتين الإنجليزية أو العربية.
السمات الشخصية: اللياقة البدنية، الالتزام بالمواعيد، والموثوقية مع حس عالٍ بالمسؤولية تجاه سلامة الحمولة والمركبة.
